Yoga Program In Oman

The Ministry of Health in Oman is now offering a new yoga program to help people improve their health and wellbeing. This program is open to all residents of Oman, and it is free of charge. The yoga program will be held at the Al-Zahraa Sports Complex in Muscat, and it will run for eight weeks. During this time, participants will learn a variety of yoga techniques that can help to improve their health. These techniques include breathing exercises, meditation, and stretching. The program will also teach participants how to use yoga to relieve stress and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
